This Contest is held in conjunction with other prize promotions, giveaways and contests held by the Sponsor to promote K-Drama Day 2025 during the period of 26 September 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“K-Drama Day Games”). Entrants may enter into multiple K-Drama Day Games, but each Entrant is eligible to win only one (1) K-Drama Day Game (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) regardless of the number of K-Drama Day Games entered into. 

Viki’s Chase Center Concert Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Viki, Inc., 800 Concar Dr., Suite 175, San Mateo, California 94402, USA (“Sponsor” or “Viki”). The official rules of the Contest (“Official Rules”) are set out below

1. Eligibility: The Contest is open to entrants (“Entrants”) who: 

   1. are residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; 

   2. are at least 18 years of age or older; 

   3. are registered users of the Viki service at viki.com (creating a registered Viki account is free); 

   4. must be able to arrange for his/her own travel into San Francisco to attend a concert, held at Chase Center in San Francisco, USA (the “Venue”), to be held sometime before December 31, 2025 as determined by Sponsor (the "Concert"); and

   5. have made a valid Entry (as defined below) into the Contest.

   Additional eligibility requirements and restrictions may apply, see Sections 3-5 below for more details. Employees of Sponsor, GSW Arena LLC (“Venue Operator”), their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited in accordance with federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules and regulations. 

   
   

2. Contest Period: Entries to the Contest will be accepted starting from September 30, 8:00am PST and ending on October 1, 7:59am PST according to Sponsor’s time clock (“Contest Period”). 

   
   

3. How to Enter the Contest: There is only one (1) way to enter (“Entry Method” and each valid entry an “Entry”):

   1. To submit an Entry, Entrants must (a) access the Contest Form at https://rakutenviki.typeform.com/to/sM7SLooM (“Contest Form”) during the Contest Period and: (1) provide their email address associated with their Viki account; (2) enter their full name; (3) confirm that they are at least 18 years of age or older; (4) confirm that they are a resident of the United States; (5) agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy; (6)  agree to the Official Rules; and (7) in the answer field of the Contest Form, share, in 280 characters or less, which non-Korean singer would you like to see make a K-Drama cameo someday? Describe the role you'd like them to play and why. All Entries must be submitted in the English language 

   2. SELECTION CRITERIA: Winners will be selected based on creativity of each Entry, as determined by the Sponsor. 

   3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Each Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Entries generated by automated means, scripts, artificial intelligence algorithms or any other means that subverts the entry process are strictly prohibited and will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry and remove any comment that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, including any entries suspected by Sponsor to be generated by artificial intelligence or automated methods. 

   Each Entrant is only eligible to win a total of one (1) Prize regardless of the number of Entries submitted. In the event an Entrant submits more than one Entry via the Entry Method, only the earliest Entry will qualify for the Contest. 

   
   

4. Prize: There will be seven (7) Prizes in total. 

   Prize: 2 premium suite tickets to the Concert

   Total Number of Prizes: Seven (7) prizes

   Estimated Retail Value per Prize (US$): $2,250

   The prize, and all elements thereof, are subject to availability. The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the prize is at the winner’s sole risk and the Released Parties are not responsible for any damages whatsoever including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of the prize (or any element thereof). Sponsor and Venue Operator make no promises or representations regarding the location of the suite and/or the tickets. The Concert may be substituted for another concert at the Venue in Sponsor and Venue Operator’s sole discretion. Each ticket shall admit one adult only. The Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prize is exclusively for the use of the Winner and cannot be transferred or sold to another individual. Admission to the Concert is at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and Venue Operator and the terms and conditions set forth on such tickets, and the winner must adhere (and ensure that their guest(s) adhere) to such terms before, during and after such Concert. Failure to comply with any promoter, Venue Operator or venue terms and conditions may result in refusal of admission or request to leave the venue without any refund. Tickets are revocable licenses, non-transferable and non-reproducible; Venue Operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke the tickets and/or refuse admission to the Concert for any or no reason at all.

   Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The actual retail value of each Prize may vary. If the actual retail value of the Prize turns out to be more than the estimated retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation, delivery fees, customs fee, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the respective Winners.

   
   

5. Winner Selection and Notification of Winner: Seven (7) Entries will be selected. Winners will be selected on October 2, 2025, at one of the Sponsor’s offices, by a representative of Sponsor from among all eligible Entries received based on the selection criteria (each, a "Winner”). Each Winner will win one Prize. 

   The Winners will be notified by Sponsor via the email provided at the time of Entry, no later than October 2, 2025. Winners will be required to respond (as directed) within three (3) calendar days of attempted notification by Sponsor. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Each Winner and their selected guest shall be required to execute and return a release and waiver of liability (“Release”) to claim their Prize. Failure to prove eligibility or execute and return such Release may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Once the selected Winner has provided Sponsor with the necessary details and Release as applicable, Sponsor shall then provide the selected Winner with further information on how to claim the Prize. Each Winner acknowledges that the Prize may be subject to further terms and conditions imposed by the Sponsor, Venue Operator and/or the Venue, non-compliance of which may result in forfeiture of the Prize. 

   Alternative Winners may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries if a selected Winner (and their selected guest): (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to prove eligibility, fails to provide all signatures on the Release and/or return any documents or information required by Sponsor in a timely manner, as and when required by Sponsor pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept, collect, claim or receive the Prize for any reason, including any international shipping restrictions (if applicable). 

   
   

6. Publicity: By participating in the Contest, each Entrant/Winner irrevocably grants the Sponsor, Venue Operator and their respective affiliates, successors, assigns and licensees, the right to take photos and videos of the Entrants/Winners during their attendance of the Concert (“Concert Footage”), and use such Entrant’s/Winner’s Entry, and/or Concert Footage, name, username, and image in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Contest (including any public announcements of the Winners), and hereby releases the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto, unless prohibited by law. 

   
   

7. General Conditions: By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. Any portion of the Contest may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Entrants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant (and to disqualify false Entries or referrals of any Entrant) who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an offensive or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person (including other Entrant(s)), and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) and other remedies from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law including, criminal prosecution. 

   
   

8. Limitations of Liability: If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Entrant's sole remedy is another Entry in the same Contest during the Contest Period. Entrants and Winners also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Venue Operator, the Concert promoter and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) use, collection, delivery, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any Prize, or (ii) participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, garbled or damaged entries, referrals, communications, Releases or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of referrals or Entries, the announcement of the Prizes, in any Contest-related materials or the delivery of the Prizes. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the platforms associated with the Entry Method. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

   
   

9. Force Majeure: In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest.

   
   

10. Early Termination: If the Contest is terminated before the designated end date of the Contest Period for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or award the prizes as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. 

    
    

11. Disputes: Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or the Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Decisions of Sponsor are binding and final. No claimant in any dispute involving Sponsor shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

    
    

12. Contest Results: For information related to the Contest results, please send an email after October 2, 2025 to events@viki.com. Requests received after October 9, 2025 will not be honored.

    
    

13. Mandatory Social Media Disclosure: All Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any other referenced social media platform. 

    
    

14. Privacy: By participating in the Contest and/or accepting the Prize, each Entrant and/or Winner:

    1. agrees that any and all personal information or personal data (“Personal Data”) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by Sponsor for the purposes of:  (i) administration of the Contest and the Prize; (ii) authentication and/or verification of any information supplied by the Entrant in relation to the Contest; and/or (iii) Contest for marketing purposes; and 

    2. consents to the use of his/her Personal Data in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.viki.com/legal/privacy.
