This Sweepstakes is held in conjunction with other prize promotions, giveaways and contests held by the Sponsor to promote K-Drama Day 2025 during the period from September 26, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (“K-Drama Day Games”). Entrants may enter into multiple K-Drama Day Games, but each Entrant is eligible to win only one (1) K-Drama Day Game (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) regardless of the number of K-Drama Day Games entered into. 

The K-Drama Day PEPERO Giftbox Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Viki, Inc., 800 Concar Dr., Suite 175, San Mateo, California 94402, USA (“Sponsor” or “Viki”). The official rules of the Contest (“Official Rules”) are set out below.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to entrants (“Entrants”) who: 

   1. are residing in fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; 

   2. are at least 18 years of age or older; and 

   3. have made a valid Entry (as defined below) into the Sweepstakes.

   Additional eligibility requirements and restrictions may apply, see Sections 3-5 below for more details. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited in accordance with federal, provincial, state and local laws, rules and regulations. 

   
   

2. Sweepstakes Period: Entries to the Sweepstakes will be accepted starting from September 28, 2025 08:00 a.m. PT and ending on September 29, 2025 07:59 a.m. PT according to Sponsor’s time clock (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

   
   

3. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: There is only one (1) way to enter (“Entry Method” and each valid entry an “Entry”):

   1. INSTAGRAM: Entrants must have an active account on Instagram to submit an Entry. Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted and complied with Instagram Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in submitting the Entry. Creating an Instagram account is free. 

   2. HOW TO ENTER: To submit an Entry, Entrants must, using Instagram during the Sweepstakes: (a) follow @viki and @pepero.official; (b) like the giveaway post; (c) tag two (2) friends; and (d) share which K-drama you want to watch while eating PEPERO, in one single comment to the giveaway post.

   3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Each Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Entries generated by automated means, scripts, artificial intelligence algorithms or any other means that subverts the entry process are strictly prohibited and will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry and remove any comment that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, including any entries suspected by Sponsor to be generated by artificial intelligence or automated methods. 

   Each Entrant is only eligible to win a total of one (1) Prize regardless of the number of Entries submitted. In the event an Entrant submits more than one Entry via the Entry Method, only the earliest Entry will qualify for the Sweepstakes. 

   
   

4. Prize: There will be fifty (50) Prizes in total. 

   Prize: K-Drama Day PEPERO Giftbox – includes six (6) individual PEPERO boxes, one (1) Stray Kids leaflet, one (1) Viki-branded boba plushie and one (1) K-Drama Day message card per giftbox

   Total Number of Prizes: Fifty (50) giftboxes 

   Estimated Retail Value of each Prize (US$): 40

   Prizes will be distributed to Winners and no substitutions or transfers by Winners are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The actual retail value of each Prize may vary. If the actual retail value of the Prize turns out to be more than the estimated retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation, delivery fees, customs fee, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the respective Winners.

   Odds: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

   
   

5. Winner Selection and Notification of Winner: Fifty (50) Entries will be selected. Winners will be randomly selected on October 1, 2025, at one of the Sponsor’s offices, by a representative of Sponsor from among all eligible Entries received based on the selection criteria (each, a "Winner”). 

   The initial Winners will be notified by Sponsor via direct message to the Instagram account used to submit the selected Entries, no later than October 7, 2025. 

   Winners will be required to respond (as directed) within three (3) calendar days of attempted notification by Sponsor. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Winners may further be required to execute and return a release and waiver of liability (“Release”) to claim their Prize. Failure to prove eligibility or execute and return such Release may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Alternative Winners may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries if a selected Winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to prove eligibility, fails to provide all signatures on the Release and/or return any documents or information required by Sponsor in a timely manner, as and when required by Sponsor pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept, collect, claim or receive the Prize for any reason, including any international shipping restrictions (if applicable). 

   Receipt by the Winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY WINNER (DETERMINED BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

   
   

6. Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant irrevocably grants the Sponsor and their respective affiliates, successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such Entrant’s Entry, name, username, and image in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Sweepstakes (including any public announcements of the Winners), and hereby releases the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto, unless prohibited by law. 

   
   

7. General Conditions: By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Any portion of the Sweepstakes may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Entrants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant (and to disqualify false Entries or referrals of any Entrant) who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Instagram account, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an offensive or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person (including other Entrant(s)), and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) and other remedies from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law including, criminal prosecution. 

   
   

8. Limitations of Liability: If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Entrant's sole remedy is another Entry in the same Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants and Winners also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) consumption, use, collection, delivery, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any Prize, or (ii) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed, garbled or damaged entries, referrals, communications, Releases or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of referrals or Entries, the announcement of the Prizes, in any Sweepstakes-related materials or the delivery of the Prizes. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platforms associated with the Entry Method. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

   Where prizes consist of food or beverage products, the Winners are solely responsible for checking all packaging and product information for allergen warnings, ingredient lists, and dietary suitability prior to consumption. The Sponsor does not accept responsibility for any adverse reactions, illness, or injury arising from the consumption of a prize consisting of food or beverage products.
   
   

9. Force Majeure: In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

   
   

10. Early Termination: If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date of the Sweepstakes Period for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or award the prizes as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. 

    
    

11. Disputes: Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Decisions of Sponsor are binding and final. No claimant in any dispute involving Sponsor shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

    
    

12. Sweepstakes Results: For information related to the Sweepstakes results, please send an email after November 30, 2025 to events@viki.com. Requests received after December 5, 2025 will not be honored.

    
    

13. Mandatory Social Media Disclosure: All Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., or any other social media platform. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., or any other referenced social media platform. 

    
    

14. Privacy: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, each Entrant and/or Winner:

    1. agrees that any and all personal information or personal data (“Personal Data”) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by Sponsor for purposes of: (i) administration of the Sweepstakes and the delivery of the Prize; (ii) authentication and/or verification of any information supplied by the Entrant in relation to the Sweepstakes; and/or (iii) Sweepstakes for marketing purposes; and 

    2. consents to the use of his/her Personal Data in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.viki.com/legal/privacy.
